What’s New @ WIIN?

Rewards & incentives are often seen as a 'man's world'. However, this is not the case. Women have been playing a big role in the rewards and incentive industry for many years now. In fact, there is a global network of women working in this field - Women In Incentives (WIIN)!

WIIN has grown rapidly, and now has 75 members in 15 counties in 7 time zones, from the USA and UK to Jamaica and Singapore to name a few!  With 11 mentors and 10 mentees, we are well on our journey to sharing best practise and the network is thriving. Why not join us?

Our events calendar for 2022 included in-perosn meet-ups; a Brunch in Paris in March, a boat cruise in Amsterdam in June & another gathering in July in Salt Lake, as well as the return of our Mastermind sessions, our informal guided conversations where we work together to navigate industry topics - focusing on Gift Card innovation & Pre-pay solutions, Fundraising & Investment for business startups, the Evolution of Customer Loyalty Programs & how they have changed & many more. We’re also continuing the ever-successful Coffee & Cocktails sessions (we ran 22 last year!) where members meet discuss new trends and network. In Q1 we tackled topics such as Public Speaking & Pitching Tips, in Q2 we discussed all about Salary Negotiations & the Pay Gap and in Q3 we shall cover the Reopening of Travel Incentives and Travel Gift Cards.
