Launch of the Mentorship Programme

Women In Incentives Network was created in September 2020, with the mission to collaborate, educate and empower women in the Incentive and Loyalty industry.

The six global female Co-Founders of WiiN are entrepreneurs and key leading industry figures, all holding significant roles of influence. They believed there was a need to shine a light on these ever developing and flourishing sectors, with the aim of supporting and encouraging the growth of female talent.

The Mentorship Programme is a natural extension of the already successful and growing membership network. Tapping into the extensive knowledge that the Co-Founders and Members offer, and opening up those skills and broad depth of expertise to mentees.

The programme aims to connect women in the loyalty and incentives industry and will work to create ‘match-making’ opportunities between mentors and mentees, with the support of highly qualified experts in leadership and coaching.

WiiN Global Co-Founder Julie Leblan, stated: WiiN mentorship programme has been set up and designed to emulate the community of women in the incentives and loyalty space, allowing them to learn from each other and grow into their career. It’s designed as a 12-month programme with regular meet-ups and coaching sessions for both mentees and mentors.

Wendy Carter, Co-Founder added: We are keen to work with strategic partners who are interested in supporting this great initiative and driving it forward, whether that be through funding, supplying materials or being a Mentor.

The programme commences March 2020 and interested parties should contact membership@wiin.global to register their interest. The programme is opened to any woman in the loyalty and incentives industry as a mentee or mentor depending on their career level and experience.
