WiiN Ed: What industry achievement are you most proud of?

JW: Launching Elevate Loyalty in Feb 2023 and announcing our first global business partnership with Merit Incentives in March. A partnership born through membership with WiiN and meeting Julie, co-founder of WiiN and CEO of Merit Incentives.

WiiN Ed: What personal achievement are you most proud of? 

JW: My ability to build and retain strong business relationships and link them with creative solutions for loyalty, payments and reward outcomes. Elevate Loyalty is founded on them. Oh and of course my two boys!

WiiN Ed: What has been your favourite WiiN moment of the past years?

JW: Sponsoring and attending my first face to face event for WiiN in April. It attracted a diverse range of women from different industries and has uncovered and strengthened many business opportunities.

WiiN Ed: What inspires you? 

JW: Designing and sourcing tech solutions that solve business problems and create significant opportunities for growth.

WiiN Ed: What advice would you give ladies joining the industry now?

JW: Build your own personal brand. Your values, skills and knowledge are what lands you your next job, client or opportunity. Also, join WiiN to help nurture and inspire you.

WiiN Ed: What are you looking forward to seeing this year?

JW: The launch of a new tech initiative for Elevate Loyalty.
