Diggecard Now Represents The Body Shop Across B2B In The UK

Diggecard and The Body Shop announced further growth in their partnership in January

2023. Diggecard now fully represents The Body Shop gift cards across B2B in the UK, strengthening the brands gift card sales to business and agency customers who are looking for compelling brands and content for rewards, incentives, benefits and promotions. This follows a strong period of expansion for The Body Shop with the support of Diggecard’s gift card expertise and technology.

In 2018, The Body Shop launched its extended gift card programme to include; physical and digital online sales to consumers with a click through from The Body Shop’s website; physical and digital delivery to consumers as well as B2B sales, marketing and delivery.

This was followed by the launch of similar programmes in France, Germany and The Netherlands in 2020 and Spain and Australia in 2022.

By working in partnership with Diggecard, The Body Shop have added enhanced features to consumers including personalised messaging, timed delivery and self-service tools which all work together to enhance the customer experience and to strengthen sales and brand awareness.

The latest B2B announcement will help The Body Shop further develop a range of gift card sales channels which have already delivered impressive results. From Diggecard’s perspective, this development demonstrates the ability to build trusting relationships with clients who use their expertise and technology to maximise the opportunities within the gift card market.
