Over the past six years, WiiN has grown from a small idea into a global community of 180+ women across 20+ countries, connecting professionals from every corner of the incentives, loyalty, rewards and gift card industry.

As our community continues to grow, so does the need for stronger regional leadership and closer support for our members. That’s why we’re excited to introduce a new leadership structure with two Global Co-Chairs — one representing North America and one representing UK & EMEA.

Please join us in congratulating:

🇬🇧 Christine Rodriguez – Global Co-Chair, UK & EMEA

🇺🇸 Marina Hodges – Global Co-Chair, North America

Both have already played an important role within WiiN as Ambassadors and members of our Management Team. In their new positions, they’ll work closely with the founding team to help shape our strategy, strengthen partnerships, support our management team, and continue creating value for women across our industry.

Rocío Liébana, co-founder of WiiN says:

“When we founded WiiN six years ago, our vision was to build a community that would continue to thrive beyond its founders. Today, that vision is becoming reality. While Holly, Julie and I will remain actively involved and continue focusing on WiiN’s long-term vision and strategy, we’re delighted to welcome Christine and Marina as our Global Co-Chairs. Over the past few years, they’ve become much more than Ambassadors—they’ve been trusted partners, mentors and key contributors to many of WiiN’s strategic initiatives. They’ve earned the trust of our community, and I couldn’t be more confident in them as they help lead WiiN into its next chapter.”

Holly Glowaty co-founder of WiiN continues:

“Christine and Marina have been part of WiiN’s story for a long time; showing up, contributing, and genuinely caring about our members’ success. Watching them step into these roles feels less like a change and more like WiiN growing into the future we always hoped for.I can’t wait to see where they take it.”

Meet Christine Rodriguez

Co-Chair – UK & EMEA

With almost 20 years of experience in the incentives, loyalty and gift card industry, Christine has built an impressive career across companies including Pluxee, Diggecard, BHN and Tango Throughout her career, she has specialised in business development, partnerships and helping organisations create and engaging customer and employee experiences.

Within WiiN, Christine has been one of our most active Ambassadors; moderating sessions, supporting events, recruiting speakers, contributing to the Male Ally programme and helping the community continue to grow.

Why did you decide to take on this role?

“Being part of WiiN has been both a privilege and a source of real inspiration. I was excited by the opportunity to build on the incredible foundations laid by the founders and help ensure WiiN continues to grow in reach, relevance and impact.”

What excites you most about WiiN’s future?

“I’d love to continue growing our membership, strengthen mentoring and education, attract inspiring speakers and partners, and help build an even more financially sustainable organisation that continues creating value for our members and the industry.”

What would success look like one year from now?

I hope for our membership to have expanded and for WiiN to be recognised as an organisation which helps females to collaborate, thrive and contribute to the ongoing growth of the incentives and reward industry.

Meet Marina Hodges

Co-Chair – North America

Marina is Executive Vice President of Merchant & Payments at SKUx, where she helps merchants and brands innovate in the payments space. She brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across payments and financial services, including 15 years focused specifically on incentives.

Alongside her executive career, Marina has served the industry through leadership roles with the RGCA, IMA and IGCC, and has become a familiar face within WiiN as an Ambassador, mentor and Management Team member.

Why did you decide to take on this role?

“Being part of WiiN has been an enriching experience from the start. From networking with members to helping shape the direction of the community, it felt like a natural next step to continue that journey.”

What excites you most about WiiN’s future?

“I want WiiN to continue welcoming women earlier in their careers, expand into new markets and strengthen our relationships with organisations across the industry. Collaboration is our superpower.”

What would success look like one year from now?

I’m expecting to see us develop a membership base that continues to reflect our incentives industry, which means made up of a broad diversity of perspectives – brands, suppliers, processors, aggregators.  We’re on that path now so we just have to keep that momentum going.  I’d also be pleased to see our education focus intensified – more snackable content that is quickly and easily accessible for our members as well as more intense long-form content that provides deep value for our members.

Looking Ahead

This marks an exciting new chapter for WiiN.

With regional leadership across Europe and North America, we’ll be able to support our members more closely, strengthen our global community, build deeper industry partnerships and continue creating opportunities for women to connect, learn and grow together.

While the founding team will remain actively involved in shaping WiiN’s long-term vision and strategy, Christine and Marina will help lead our regional communities and drive many of the initiatives that bring our mission to life.

Please join us in congratulating Christine and Marina on their new roles. We can’t wait to see what the next chapter of WiiN will bring. 💙
