Women in Incentives Network (WiiN) is celebrating five years of connection, collaboration, and industry impact, marked by the launch of our refreshed website and the announcement of our Q1 2026 global events.
Today, WiiN brings together 155+ women from 20+ countries across the incentives, rewards, and loyalty industry: from founders and executives to rising leaders at companies such as Blackhawk Network, Virgin Incentives, Diggecard, Prezzee, Cashwave, InComm, Runa, Edenred, Zalando, Primark, lastminute.com, and many more.
This milestone isn’t just about growth in numbers: it’s about the incredible network of women and male allies who have supported our mission from day one. Their backing has helped us amplify women’s voices, expand representation, and strengthen leadership across the industry.
What’s new for 2026:
- Our refreshed website now highlights our mission, community, partners, and member benefits.
- Q1 2026 events, both online and in person, are now live.
- Applications for the March 2026 Mentorship Programme are officially open.
- New opportunities for member visibility, speaking engagements, and global involvement.
- And to welcome even more women into the network, we’re offering 10% off annual membership until 31 December.
