Tracey Klein is EVP at eGifter, where she heads eGifter Rewards, a leading digital rewards and incentives platform. Prior to eGifter, Tracey spent 15 years in the enterprise application development industry, giving her a deep technical foundation that informs her approach to business strategy and innovation. She brings a practitioner’s perspective to the evolving role of AI in business development and client engagement. Tracey is a Board Member of the Incentive Gift Card Coalition (IGCC), and holds a B.S. from Boston University and a Master’s in Management & Information Systems from New York University.
