Zarmeena Munir

My name is Zarmeena Munir and I am an Account Manager at Merit Incentives, with over six years of experience at the organization. I began my journey as an Operations Intern, where I developed a strong understanding of internal processes and day-to-day operations. I later became part of the Catalogue team, gaining deeper exposure to product management and client requirements, before progressing into my current role as an Account Manager.

In my role today, I manage multiple clients across the MENA and international regions. I act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, working closely with Operations, Finance, and Tech to ensure smooth coordination, timely execution, and consistent service delivery. My focus is on aligning client expectations with internal workflows while maintaining efficiency and quality.
