Leeanne Darmanin

Leeanne is an experienced executive who is passionate about delivering strategic outcomes, resulting in positive change for customers. Leeanne has a proven track record of accomplishments across operational excellence, contact centre optimisation, and large scale business transformation.  Leeanne has had extensive exposure and experience dealing with offshore vendors, complex organisational change, building high performing teams, and managing multi-million dollar projects.  She has a naturally high energy level, relentless curiosity and enjoys nothing more than solving big challenges.

Leeanne began her career in the Telecommunications sector and has worked within the Australian Water & Global Retail sector.  Leeanne has held executive positions within Finance, Strategy, Customer Service and Transformation.

Leeanne is a Chartered Accountant with a Masters in Business Administration and successfully completed a company directors’ course with Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2020.  Leeanne is a member of the Victorian Corporate Advisory Board for Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and an Audit & Risk Committee member for a Victorian regional hospital.
