I joined Merit Incentives in 2018 and have over 15 years of experience in e-commerce, operations, account management, and customer experience. This year, I transitioned from operations into the partnerships team, where I work on merchant acquisition, new deals, and business expansion. I’ve also collaborated with the Saudia Airlines team on website updates and merchandise selection.
