After graduating from the College of Computer Science and Engineering, she began her career as an IT Specialist, where she developed a strong foundation in technical expertise over the course of two years. Fatima later transitioned to her current role as a Senior Account Manager at Merit, where she leverages her technical knowledge to help clients find the best solutions within the company’s product offerings. In this capacity, she is responsible for managing the client onboarding process and ensuring the ongoing success of their programs post-launch.
