Edda Jacobsen

Right after finishing my Master’s degree in International Management, I joined the industry in 2019 by starting my first job in the Marketing Department of BONAGO Incentive Marketing Group in Munich, Germany. Later on I switched to Product Management, where I am currently responsible for international cooperations and new products.
My team and I are experts for digital voucher fulfillment in the DACH Region. Besides managing technical systems, this position also helps me gaining knowledge in building client-relations.

While taking over initial project management for new BONAGO products, I developed my two key strengths, which are accuracy and a collaborative work ethic.  

I am especially interested in new trends to incentivize people, such as “Social Recognition”. I am eager to push forward tools that will enhance a positive and socially sustainable environment.
