WiiN's Code of Conduct

WiiN is committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment that values and respects different perspectives. All attendees, speakers, mentors, organisers, volunteers, partners, and staff participating in any WiiN event or interaction are expected to uphold this standard of conduct.

We are dedicated to providing a respectful and harassment-free experience for all, regardless of race, ethnicity, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, economic status, national origin, immigration status, religion, or any other protected characteristic.

Harassment, discrimination, bullying, disrespectful behaviour, or disparaging remarks about individuals, organisations, or companies will not be tolerated. This includes company bashing, undermining others, or bringing individuals or organisations into disrepute.

We expect all discussions to remain constructive, professional, and aligned with WiiN’s values of mutual respect and integrity.

Anyone who feels uncomfortable or experiences inappropriate behaviour is encouraged to speak up or report the matter to the WiiN team so it can be addressed appropriately.
