Recap Intention Setting Session

2

Our first WiiN webinar of 2026 was a powerful reminder of why this community exists đź’™

We kicked off the year not with pressure or performance goals, but with space. Space to pause, reflect, and be honest about how we’re really entering the year ahead.

Women joined from across regions and roles, and what stood out most was the vulnerability in the room. In guided reflection and small breakout conversations, members shared openly about feeling stretched thin, navigating mom guilt, questioning whether they’ve “done enough,” and recognising where their energy has been leaking. There was also a strong collective desire to do things differently this year: clearer boundaries, better systems, more focus, and more presence, both at work and at home.

Rather than setting rigid goals, the session centred on intentions, using visualization as our guide.

What kind of year do you actually want to experience? What feeling do you want to carry through 2026?

Words like ease, calm, focus, courage, visibility and joy came up again and again. So did the wish to leave room for creativity, connection, and a bit of magic… without guilt.

In breakout rooms, women listened without fixing, shared without judgement, and supported one another simply by being present. It was grounding, honest, and deeply human.

This is exactly what we aim to create at WiiN: a space where women don’t have to figure it all out alone; where reflection, ambition, and real life can coexist.

If you couldn’t join the session, here are a few of the reflection questions we explored, perfect for journaling or a quiet moment this week:

  • What am I genuinely proud of from the last year — even if it feels small?

  • What did I give too much energy to?

  • What do I want less of this year?

  • If 2026 had a theme or feeling, what would it be?

  • What would make this year feel like a success — for me, not for others?

  • What is one thing I want to protect more this year (time, energy, confidence, joy)?

  • What kind of support do I need to make 2026 easy & more fun?

A beautiful way to start the year, together.
