I am a Co-Founding of Total Incentives México (founded in 2025). I bring 8+ years of experience across Corporate Procurement, Strategic Planning, Regulatory Compliance, Budget Control, Project Management, and Customer Service. Throughout my career, I have led high-impact initiatives focused on operational efficiency, profitability, and strong governance, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and building trusted supplier relationships.

I champion practical innovation in incentives and loyalty programs—introducing automation and AI and helping launch benefits clubs and digital gift card solutions. I also contributed to our LATAM expansion, including the opening of the Panama office, strengthening regional standards and partnerships. I am a member of CANACO CDMX, the NIP business network, and IMA LATAM. My leadership blends integrity, continuous improvement, and a clear focus on sustainable results for clients and teams.
