Omer Molcho

Omer is the Business Development Director for the  Loyalty & Rewards industry at Dots.eco, the environmental rewards platform for loyalty programs. 

With many years of experience in business development and operations, Omer has been working with Dots.eco since the very beginning and she’s passionate about making a positive impact through her work.

During Covid, Omer and her family moved to Koh Phangan island in Thailand, and a year ago they relocated to Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. She defines her current lifestyle as: “living my jungle life in Santa Teresa while casually saving the planet with Dots.eco”

Living close to nature has been a big inspiration for Omer, and she enjoys finding new ways to make a positive impact on the environment through her work.
