Nicole Stanaland has over 15 years of global experience within the gift card and payments industry in business development and client services. Nicole has recently joined Tillo as Senior Business Development Manager of North America. Utilizing her extensive knowledge, technical skills, and strong connections, Nicole is focused on building new partnerships and the ongoing expansion of Tillo’s embedded rewards and loyalty platform. In her role, she loves finding creative, innovative ways to grow revenue and scalability for B2B partners through the power of digital gift cards.
Previously, as Senior Sales Director at InComm Payments, Nicole launched many new retailer POS/ digital integrations and drove significant growth within the B2C space. With her ability to find strategic solutions, Nicole led an industry-first initiative to have a custom QR code POSA product in-stores that could be redeemed for digital products.
Nicole‘s passion has always been human connection, helping others, and building strong relationships through honesty, hard work, and kindness. Outside of her passion for work, Nicole loves travel, being in nature, and spending time with loved ones. She is excited to be a part of WiiN with so many incredible, driven women within the incentive network.
