Why Mentorship Works: Lessons, Wins & How You Can Join Cohort 6

February 9 - February 10
4

Mentorship doesn’t just change careers — it changes how you see yourself.

In this session, past mentors and mentees will share what really happens inside the WiiN Mentorship Programme: the breakthroughs, the challenges, the unexpected wins, and the quiet mindset shifts that often lead to big opportunities.

You’ll hear honest stories and practical insights from women who’ve completed the journey — and get a clear sense of how mentorship can support your next step, whether that’s growth, clarity, confidence, or connection.

Our programme lead, Jane Viljoen, will also unpack why mentorship works, what makes the WiiN programme different, and how you can get the most out of it this year.

This session is also your chance to explore Cohort 6, launching in March 2026, and decide whether joining as a mentor or mentee feels right for you.
