Lianne Booth

Lianne Booth is a dedicated Strategic Projects Director at Achievement Awards Group in Cape Town, South Africa. Her journey began in Client Services as an Account Manager, where she honed her skills in incentive and engagement programs. Lianne has since taken on roles like Scrum Master in the Project Office and leading the Central Planning team, gaining extensive experience in people and workforce management. Now, working closely with the CEO in the Office of Strategy Management, she drives strategic initiatives and oversees the company’s Total Rewards/EVP programs. Currently, she’s also expanding her expertise by pursuing a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®) certification through WorldatWork.
