Karen Brooker

Karen Brooker has served the incentive gift card industry for over twenty years as a supplier partner. Since June of 2023, Karen has served as VP of Growth Strategy at MCT – a position that allows her to draw on both her marketing and sales leadership experience. Karen’s prior gift card industry experience includes sales, marketing, and leadership roles she held at VCT, Valid USA, ABCorp, CPS Cards, and PLI. During her years in the card industry, Karen has developed expertise in print theory, card design, card manufacturing, card personalization, card packaging, and gift card marketing.

In 2024, Karen was elected for the second time to the ICMA Board of Directors, where she is currently serving for the 2024-2026 term.
