Prior to joining lastminute.com, she managed the Odeon Cinemas Gift Card and Rewards & Benefits programmes, gaining industry recognitions for her work modernising, innovating and digitising customer and client products. Originally hailing from New Zealand, Louise has an Honours Degree from the Waikato Management School.
