I’m Gaetana M. Surdi, a relationship-driven sales leader with a passion for building partnerships that last—and that scale. With over 20 years in the fintech and incentives space, I’ve helped launch everything from digital payment platforms and branded currency programs to API-integrated rewards systems across North America.

What drives me is solving complex challenges at the intersection of tech, compliance, and customer experience. Whether I’m guiding a partner through a multi-stakeholder API integration or helping untangle a fraud issue before it becomes a problem, I thrive when I can bridge the gap between people, platforms, and purpose.

I’ve spent much of my career at Blackhawk Network, leading strategic sales and partner initiatives, but my roots in cinema and entertainment marketing shaped my instinct for storytelling, relationship-building, and bringing big ideas to life.

Outside of work, you’ll find me championing women in payments, mentoring rising professionals, and staying endlessly curious about what’s next in the world of digital commerce.
