Mental Health is not a Weakness: Part 2

After last week’s powerful session — where many of us opened up about the reality behind health, burnout, work stress and more — we’re hosting a follow-up conversation on December 4th.
This time, we go deeper. Not a panel. but a safe space to connect, reflect, and take action.
We’ll explore:
✨ What mental health means to you
✨ What you want to pay more attention to (boundaries, rest, self-talk, etc.)
✨ A deeper exploration of the PERMA model (Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment) — and what pillar you want to strengthen next
You’ll join a small group (3–4 women) for an intimate conversation. The goal is to leave with one action you’ll take to support your wellbeing.
