Who We Are
WiiN is a global community built to support and empower women in the incentives, rewards, and loyalty industry.
Our 150+ members span more than 20 countries and represent every part of the value chain: from gift card providers, distributors, and agencies to retail brands and reward platforms.
Together, they include professionals from leading companies such as Blackhawk Network, Virgin Incentives, Tillo, Diggecard, Cashwave, InComm, Collinson Valuedynamx, Runa, Edenred, Zalando, HelloFresh, Primark, and lastminute.com.

What We Do
WiiN was founded to change representation in an industry where leadership has long been unbalanced.
We create spaces where women can:
- Connect with peers and mentors

We also work closely with male allies and sponsors who advocate for women’s success within their organisations, many of whom now sponsor memberships for female team members.

Our mission is to empower women in the incentives, rewards, and loyalty industry to reach their full potential, and in doing so, raise the standard of our entire sector.
By amplifying women’s voices and building a truly global network grounded in mentorship and mutual support, WiiN helps women lead with confidence and purpose.
By 2026, we aim to:
- Grow to 200+ members across 25+ countries
- Expand into new regions, including Africa and Asia
- Launch a Global Speakers Directory to showcase female voices
- Strengthen our allyship and mentorship programs worldwide
- Host more regional and global events, online and in person

Adeshola Jaiyeola - Ambassador Africa
Adeshola Jaiyeola is the Country Director for Uwin Iwin Incentives in Lagos, Nigeria, an IMA incentive professional (IP) , with 11years in the industry. She is Head of business planning & sales strategy development and manages the design & implementation of Employees engagement & motivation programs, travel Incentives, as well as Sales and Distribution channels incentives programs. She also drives business innovations and partnerships as well as client relationship management and business generation within Africa.
Anne Jetter - Ambassador US
Leveraging over 25 years’ experience in the gift cards, payments and b2b incentive space, I bring a client-first, collaborative and resourceful philosophy to deliver gift card program success. Working with the SB Collectiv team, (formerly Stoner Bunting Gift Cards), we are your gift card growth engine. An agency with over 30 years’ experience leveraging strong industry relations and partnerships, we offer a collection of creative products and customized solutions to achieve successful results.
Carly Neubauer - Co-Founder
Co-Founder and Director of Elevate Loyalty and Pay2Elevate, a business that delivers global rewards content and digital payment technology solutions to the loyalty industry. Board member of IMA MEAPAC, Representative of the ALA, and 2024 host of Let’s Talk Loyalty podcast, Carly is actively engaged in the loyalty, incentives and payment industry locally and globally. Working in ASX listed companies, private corporates and start-up environments, Carly has expertise in loyalty, incentives and technology systems and has delivered enterprise solutions, B2B and direct-to-consumer programs. To date Carly has developed and managed more than 30+ consumer and employee loyalty and incentive programs in the insurance, energy, retail and finance sectors.
Christine Rodriguez - Ambassador UK
Christine has worked for 18 years in the Incentives and Gift Card industry, spanning roles relating to consumer and B2B incentives, loyalty and employee engagement, within key companies, Pluxee, Diggecard, BHN, Tango and Terryberry.
She is delighted to be an Ambassador for the WiiN network, supporting its growth and the value which it brings to its members and the industry as a whole.
Debbie Ghillino - Co-Founder
Founder and Managing Director of The Incentive Company, Debbie Ghillino has decades of experience working with some of the top incentive companies in the UK and South Africa. A founding member of the Middle East and African chapter of the IMA, Debbie has been published numerous times in the South African Loyalty and Incentive industry. Debbie was the President of the Global Incentive Council based in the USA during 2014/15 and is a frequent speaker at industry events, including the Incentive Marketing Association conferences in the USA.
Heather Alvarez - Ambassador US
Heather Alvarez is a passionate advocate for innovation and human-centered leadership. With a strong background in customer success, strategic partnerships, and business development, she helps organizations strengthen engagement and performance through creative, technology-driven solutions. As part of the eGifter Rewards team, Heather collaborates with clients to design scalable programs that inspire loyalty and recognition. Beyond her professional role, she is dedicated to empowering others to think differently, act boldly, and lead with purpose. As a WiiN Global Ambassador, Heather champions collaboration, inclusion, and innovation as drivers of meaningful growth.
Holly Glowaty - Co-Founder
Holly Glowaty is a serial entrepreneur and go-to-market strategist with over 13 years of experience building revenue-generating products, partnerships, and brands across fintech, payments, loyalty, and rewards. As the Founder and CEO of UniFI Group, she helps Fintechs and Financial Institutions go to market with clarity and efficiency.
As a leading voice in redefining gift cards as revenue-driving “branded currency,” Holly has launched and scaled multiple ventures, including UniFI Group, The GTM Loop, Prizeout, the Flourish Conference & Media Network and K+H Connection. Her unique ability to fuse brand strategy, market readiness, and business development, makes her a trusted partner to startups and financial institutions alike.
Known for sparking momentum and shaping stories that stick, Holly specializes in navigating the FI ecosystem, aligning smart partnerships, and driving sustainable growth through structure, storytelling, and insight.
Jackie Barker - Ambassador UK
Jackie has worked in the industry for more years than she’d like to mention across all guises – running incentives at BP Oil, selling products for incentives at Whitbread and developing products such as gift cards and prepaid cards at Grass Roots and latterly as a consultant. She recently joined Prezzee UK as Head of Partnerships for UK and Europe. She has been a member of Wiin since its inception and is delighted to be an Ambassador working with the founders to continue to innovate and deliver value for its members.
Jane Viljoen - Mentorship Programme Head Coach
I am a Chartered Psychologist and a Multiple Award-Winning Executive Coach with 20+ years of experience in helping CEOs, executives, and leadership teams enhance their performance, communication, and engagement. I am the Head Coach and MD of Best Hopes Coaching and Consulting Ltd, a company that specialises in applying neuroscience, positive psychology, and conversational intelligence to foster meaningful connections, high-performance cultures and help individuals resume their personal power.
Julie Leblan - Co-Founder
Founder and CEO of MyList & Merit Incentives, Julie Leblan began her career as a solicitor in finance law in Paris and London. Moving to Dubai in 2010 Julie launched MyList, a B2C gifting company, and Merit Incentives, an innovative B2B technology company. EY Woman Entrepreneur of the Year in the UAE 2018-2019 and winner at The Incentive Awards in London as Entrepreneur of the Year 2019, Julie was elected in 2020 in the TOP 30 under 40 by The Loyalty Magazine Awards in London.
Marie Trivino - Ambassador Europe
Marie Trivino is a Franco-Portuguese entrepreneur and expert in the global gift-card, incentives, and education industries.
She is the founder and CEO of MGC (My Gift Card Europe), a consultancy and gift card distribution platform based in Lisbon that supports European retailers, brands, and service providers in building and scaling profitable gift-card programs — from physical retail activation to digital transformation and cross-border partnerships.
In 2025, Marie co-founded the Forum Carte Cadeau France (FCCF), the first French association bringing together the country’s gift-card ecosystem — brands, processors, distributors, and institutions — to foster collaboration, market transparency, and innovation through research, regulation, and events.
Having led international gift-card programs for Carrefour Group across eight countries (France, Spain, Belgium, Brazil, Italy, Poland, Romania …), Marie brings over a decade of cross-market experience in building strategic partnerships, managing multi-million-euro programs, and helping brands turn complex ecosystems into scalable growth.
Marina Hodges - Ambassador US
As the new EVP of Merchant and Payments at SKUx, Marina is helping to reshape the
possibilities of how merchants and brands can innovate in the payments space. Prior to
joining SKUx in September of 2025, Marina spent over 20 years in financial services
roles helping to transform how consumers and brands come together. Marina is
regularly called upon to speak or provide industry expertise and has been interviewed
and quoted in numerous publications, including Forbes, US News & World Report, HR.com, Wise Marketer, and Customer Think. She and her husband reside in the DFW area with 7 very spoiled but lucky rescue dogs.
Rachelle Leerling - Growth
Rachelle has 10 years of experience working with founders and leaders in business consulting, community building, and organizing events that fuel growth. With a background in the fast-paced startup world, she brings hands-on expertise in strategy and execution. At WiiN, Rachelle supports the network through communications, membership, and partnerships, helping to expand its reach and impact globally. Originally from the Netherlands and now based in Barcelona, Rachelle brings an international perspective and a strong passion for building communities.
Rocío Liébana - Co-Founder
Rocio Liebana Vinuesa is the founder of RLC Solutions GmbH and Board member of Incentive Marketing Association Europe. Rocio has 15+ years of experience in the Incentives and Gift Cards industry and has run multiple successful projects with top tier global retailers based in Europe and beyond. She founded her own consulting company in 2017 to support brands to leverage the full potential of their Gift cards and in 2021, she decided to take the business to the next level and launch RLC Solutions GmbH. RLC operates in 20+ countries and makes it easier for brands to leverage the power of gift cards by providing sound guidance, SaaS platform solutions, access to B2B sales channels and program management support.
Tamara de Bruto - Admin
A mom of two boys living in Cape Town, Tamara began her career at Impact Incentives in 2002, where she developed a passion for the travel incentive industry. After a few years, she chose to focus on family life, supporting her husband’s painting business by managing the administrative side. In 2014, she returned to the workforce as a personal assistant and later transitioned to remote work, supporting a UK-based recruitment company. In March 2025, she joined WiiN, bringing with her a wealth of experience in administration, organization, and client support.
Wendy Carter - Co-Founder
Founder and CEO of UK based Fintech Collection Pot and Founder of the Incentive Awards. Wendy Carter has pioneered a number of successful businesses the in Tech and Employee Incentive sector. Building on 15 years’ experience in publishing and advertising, Wendy founded and launched the annual Incentive Awards, the leading incentive and reward event across Europe. Wendy has held senior advisory positions, including the Incentive Marketing Association Europe Board.
